What are we all about?
The proportion of companies that use market research to support business-to-business (B2B) sales can vary but those who do it regularly as part of their growth strategy, will be better placed to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Surveys and studies have shown that large companies typically recognise these benefits and around two thirds invest in formal market research.
Sadly, this isn’t the case with many SMEs as they often mistakenly believe that gaining professional market intelligence is a practice only possible for corporates. Kytemark’s own research of 110 SMEs found that only 25% had tried it.
But in its 20 years of operating, Kytemark has provided its services to several multi-nationals and equally, to many, many dozens of SMEs. Irrespective of company size, the aim – to make market intelligence accessible and affordable – always remains the same.
